Users

The User Settings section allows each user to manage their personal preferences and access controls within the Bulk Editor plugin. This helps in customizing the experience and ensuring secure, role-based access to different features. Owner/Admin users can access all the features :“Userlist, Create User, Edit profile and Log History. Normal users can access only Edit Profile and Log History.

  1. Edit User Details

    Steps to Edit User Details

    1. Step 1: Under Settings, choose the Users option to view the list of existing users.

    2. Step 2: Scroll through the list or use the search option to find the user whose details you want to edit.

    3. Step 3: Click the Edit Icon.

    4. Step 4: Update user details such as Name, Upload User Image, Email, User Role and Status(Active/Inactive).

    5. Step 5: After editing, click the Save Changes button to apply the changes

  2. Delete Users

    Steps to Delete a User

    1. Step 1: Click on the Settings section from the left-side navigation menu.

    2. Step 2: Choose the Users option to view the user list.

    3. Step 3: Use the list or search function to locate the user you want to remove.

    4. Step 4: Click the Delete Icon.

    5. Step 5: A confirmation popup will appear.

    6. Step 6: Click Delete User to proceed.

    7. Step 6: The user will be deactivated from the list.

    8. Or Click Cancel to close the confirmation popup.

  3. Activate a User

Steps to Activate a User

  1. Method 1

    1. Step 1: Click on the Settings menu from the left-side navigation.

    2. Step 2: Choose the Users option to view the list of all users.

    3. Step 3: Find the Inactive User

    4. Step 4: Click the Delete Icon next to the user you want to activate.

    5. Step 5: A confirmation popup will appear.

    6. Click Activate User to proceed.

    7. User will now be listed as Active.

    8. Or Click Cancel to close the confirmation popup.

  2. Method 2 (Edit Profile)

    Steps to Activate a User

    1. Step 1: Click on the Settings menu from the left-side navigation.

    2. Step 2: Choose the Users option to view the list of all users.

    3. Step 3: Find the Inactive User

    4. Step 4: Click the Edit button next to the user you want to activate.

    5. Step 5: In the user details form, set the Status field to Active.

    6. Step 6: Click the Save Changes button to apply the changes.

    7. User will now be listed as Active.
